This article looks at orange juice and whether it’s good or bad for you.
5. Beer:

9. Energy Drinks:

Energy drinks, whether they are carbonated or not, are beverages that contain a stimulant drug such as caffeine.

Just like soft drinks, they can contain sugar or other sweeteners, as well as artificial flavors. Even though many people claim that they are not very healthy, they are still a popular beverage for those who are seeking physical and mental stimulation.

Narendra Modi with top award

PM Modi inspects guard of honour in Male, will address Maldives parliament

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday reached Maldives and is expected to hold talks during the first overseas trip of his second term in the government.

UAE President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan today announced that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be honoured with the Zayed Medal, the UAE's highest civil honour.

The medal, awarded to kings presidents and heads of states, was conferred upon Modi for boosting relations between the Emirates and India. Previously, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping have also been conferred with the honour.

PM Modi has visited 10 West Asian countries since 2014, more than his four predecessors combined.

Despite large volumes of trade, and some eight million Indians remitting some $35 billion (2015 figure) back home each year from Gulf States, investments had remained negligible for decades.

According to experts, things started changing under PM Modi
.
Boost to India-UAE relations is part of India's larger Gulf project that includes even defence and counter-terrorism partnerships with the countries in the region.

Due to his bold outreach, PM Modi is also seen to be playing a larger stabilising role in the Arab world.

According to an expert , India's deeper demographic and geographic connections to the UAE and also contrasting closeness to Iran give Modi the platform to situate India as an ideal partner for stabilising the entire Gulf.

"On April 12, 2019, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi was decorated with the Order of St Andrew the Apostle - the highest state decoration of Russia - for exceptional services in promoting special and privileged strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and the Republic of India and friendly relations between the Russian and Indian peoples," announced a Russian government statement.

MS Dhoni can't wear 'Balidaan' insignia on gloves

The ICC has told the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) that the regulations for ICC events do not permit any individual message and that the logo also breaches the regulations in relation to what is permitted on wicketkeeping gloves.

The International Cricket Council ((ICC)) on Friday denied permission to allow MS Dhoni to continue sporting the “Balidaan Badge” on his wicket-keeping gloves.

The International cricket body stated that any personal message or logo cannot be displayed on any item of clothing or equipment in an ICC tournament.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) struck down BCCI’s request for wicketkeeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni to sport the regimental dagger insignia of the Indian Para Special Forces on his ’keeping gloves at the ongoing ICC World Cup in England and Wales.

M.S. Dhoni had regimental dagger insignia of the Indian Para Special Forces on his wicket-keeping gloves during India's opening encounter against South Africa at Southampton.

Balidan is a distinct insignia of the special forces, which form part of the Parachute Regiment. It has a commando dagger pointed downwards, with upward-extending wings extending from the blade and a scroll superimposed on the blade with "Balidan" inscribed in Devanagari.

Only Paramilitary Commandos are allowed to wear the Balidan Badge.

Rule of ICC

As per ICC's Clothing and Equipment Rules and Regulations, under G1, "Players and team officials shall not be permitted to wear, display or otherwise convey messages through arm bands or other items affixed to clothing or equipment (“Personal Messages”) unless approved in advance by both the player or team official’s Board and the ICC Cricket Operations Department.

Approval shall not be granted for messages which relate to political, religious or racial activities or causes. The ICC shall have the final say in determining whether any such message is approved.

For the avoidance of doubt, where a message is approved by the player or team official’s Board but subsequently disapproved by the ICC’s Cricket Operations Department, the player or team official shall not be permitted to wear, display or otherwise convey such message in International Matches.”

How to Kiss

Trying to figure out how to get a kiss on New Year's Eve, then let me say it's simple: Announce your need.

Tell everyone in the room: I want to be kissed.

There is no moment when your intentions may be better aligned with the nature of the event than the last second of the last minute of a year.

No one will fault you for desire on December 31. Someone comes through, generally. It is a night that gives want its chance.

I am not saying all kisses are great, nor that all kissers know what they are doing.

Other than those kinds of broad rules, kissing is a lot like sex in its uniqueness.

Each person has their own preferences, which can change throughout their lifetime.

As a sex educator, coach, and human with kissing experience, I know that what makes a toe-curling kiss for one person might fall flat for somebody else.

Some people prefer a rougher, more intense kiss, while others want it slow and soft. For some, enjoyment of a kiss may depend entirely on the context.

During a hot hookup sesh, kissing might not be your top priority — you might want to get right down to business.

But TBH, kissing can sometimes be the most important part of any intimate moment, and there are so many different types of kisses and kissing positions you can try out. To make sure that you learn to kiss to your fullest potential, we've gathered the best tips and tricks on how to be a good kisser and *wow* anyone you touch lips with!

It's honestly pretty difficult to tell if you're actually a good kisser (even celebrities have awkward kissing tales).

And sometimes it's just about the chemistry and -tension- between you and your bae.
But we're here with advice that will leave you confident AF in your kissing abilities regardless of the situation. Here's how to kiss a guy (or girl), and impress the heck out of them doing so.

Good kissers always keep their eyes closed.

Seriously, there's no reason to have your eyes open while you're making out! It just makes things super awkward and kind of kills the mood.

The history of Father’s Day

Father's Day is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year on June 19, and it all began when a young woman wanted to honor her dad.

History of Father's Day Festival as seen today is not even a hundred years old.

Thanks to the hard work and struggle of Ms Sonora Louise Smart Dodd of Washington that just as we have set aside Mother's Day to honor mothers we have a day to acknowledge the important role played by the father.

However, some scholars opine that Father's Day history is much older than we actually believe it to be.

They say that the custom of honoring dad's on a special day is over 4,000 years old. There are a few more claims about the Father's Day origin about which we will learn in this page.

Father’s Day is celebrated by families all around the world. While your dad probably enjoys being showered with gifts and love on this special day, that wasn’t the case with the average dad back when the day was first created, over 100 years ago. In fact, the history of Father’s Day is quite long and controversial.

Father’s Day lands on Sunday, June 16, and though it may seem like the holiday is all about delicious BBQ and gifting a beautiful tool kit, there’s more to it. Of course, how we celebrate Dad has changed through the years, but the reason why remains the same.

Take a look back at the rich history behind the national event.

The other story of the first Father’s Day in America happened all the way on the other side of the country in Fairmont, West Virginia on July 5, 1908. Grace Golden Clayton suggested to the minister of the local Methodist church that they hold services to celebrate fathers after a deadly mine explosion killed 361 men.

There are many theories associated with the observance of Father’s Day;

The two theories which are quite known prevalent for the celebration of the first Father's Day celebration in the United States are as stated.

The first theory to regarding the celebration of Father's Day was established on June 19, 1908 in the State of Washington when an independent celebration of Father's Day, a few weeks later, took place on 5th July, 1908 in Fairmont, West Virginia.

World Oceans Day 2019

We celebrate World Oceans Day to remind everyone of the major role the oceans have in everyday life.

They are the lungs of our planet, providing most of the oxygen we breathe. The purpose of the Day is to inform the public of the impact of human actions on the ocean, develop a worldwide movement of citizens for the ocean, and mobilize and unite the world’s population on a project for the sustainable management of the world's oceans.

They are a major source of food and medicines and a critical part of the biosphere. In the end, it is a day to celebrate together the beauty, the wealth and the promise of the ocean.

While the theme for this year’s World Oceans Day is ‘gender for the ocean’, handling plastic pollution in oceans remains the biggest task in front of everyone.

According to the United Nations, 13,000,000 (13 million?) tonnes of plastic leaks into the ocean every year.

Our understanding of plastic waste or debris also plays a massive role in this. According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)’s Marine Debris Program, the quantity and range of plastic waste found in marine environment has expanded with the increasing use of plastics in our society.

Daily items like plastic bags, polystyrene foam glasses and plates, plastic balloons (these fall under domestic plastic), industrial plastic and common items used in fishing (nets, buoys and traps) often enter oceans and other marine environment because of various reasons – be it improper management of waste or illegal dumping into water bodies.

World Oceans Day provides an opportunity to honor, help protect, and conserve the ocean.

The Government of Canada proposed setting a World Ocean Day during the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992.

The UN officially recognized 8 June as World Oceans Day in December 2008. The Day is coordinated by The Ocean Project, a not-for-profit international community foundation.
