Vande Bharat Trains in Budget 2023: There is good news for railway passengers. The government may announce 300-400 Vande Bharat Trains in the next budget i.e. Budget 2023-24. The announcement of the new Vande Bharat trains will be in addition to the already announced plans to launch the next 475 cm high-speed trains. According to sources, the government's target is to allow 300-400 AC trains annually to meet the growing demand and provide a better passenger experience.
Vande Bharat Trains in Budget 2023 When 1st Bullet Train Will Run
A Railway Ministry official said that India will get the first set of trains with tilting technology by 2025-26. That means passengers will get more convenience. Let us tell you that out of the 475 already accepted, around 100 Vande Bharat trains will use this technology.
India's first Vande train with sleeper coach
The biggest good news for passengers is that now Vande will have sleeper coaches in India as well. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that the first Vande Bharat train with sleeper coaches will be launched in the first quarter of the calendar year 2024.
When will the first bullet train come?
Recently, Vaishnav said that the country's first bullet train will start by 2026. At present five Vande Bharat Express trains are running in the country. It started with Vande Bharat in 2019 between New Delhi and Varanasi. The maximum speed of these trains is 180 km per hour. But now it is run at a speed of 130 km per hour.
