Instructions for Candidates: 1.   All the above mentioned dates of Advertisement and Preliminary/Main Exams are tentative. It will be the Commission’s sole discretion to alter the proposed date of advertisements, Preliminary/Main Exams in case of any extraordinary circumstances or common candidates in more than one advertisements or if the recruitment rules are not finalised. 2.   The number of posts mentioned are tentative. The number of posts may vary (increase or decrease) depending upon the actual indent sent by the concerned Department. 3.   The Preliminary Test will be based on “OMR” method or Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) considering the number of enrolled candidates. 4.   The OMR Sheet will be uploaded on Commission’s website on the day of examination or the next day in case the number of candidates is very large. 5.   For recruitment through direct selection the commission shall conduct a Preliminary Test. The final selection of the candidates shall be based on marks obtained in the preliminary test and marks obtained in the personal interview subject to the minimum qualifying marks as determined by the commission. The Election Commission issued notification for phase four of Lok Sabha elections on Tuesday in which 71 seats across nine states will go to polls.

 While the process of filing nominations began Tuesday, the last date of filing papers is April 9. 

The scrutiny of papers will take place on April 10 and the last date of withdrawing from the electoral battle is April 12, the notification said.

 The states that will be voting in this phase are: Maharashtra (17 parliamentary constituencies), Rajasthan (13), Uttar Pradesh (13) and West Bengal (8), Madhya Pradesh (6), Odisha (6), Bihar (5), Jharkhand (3), and Jammu and Kashmir (1).

The Lok Sabha election 2019 phase IV polling has been scheduled for April 29. The polling will be held in a total of 71 constituencies of nine states.

The most shocking thing about Avengers: Endgame is that there are several moments within this colossal movie that feel like a Marvel miracle.

 These are the pockets of time when what you watch on screen sends a shock of joy jumping through your skin, making your eyes go wide and watery at the spectacle

After 11 years and, as of Endgame, 22 superhero flicks, dating back to Robert Downey Jr.’s spin in Iron Man, the examples are numerous. But with each successive film, those moments become harder to earn, and the returns diminishing.

If there's a single phrase that sums up the guiding principle of the Marvel Cinematic Universe - the interdependent series of superhero movies that, with the arrival of this week's Avengers: Endgame, now numbers 22 films - it's this: Hold that thought.

Perhaps the most obnoxious thing about Endgame is that it’s so easy to spoil (five minutes of the movie already leaked ahead of the film’s premiere), so please forgive me for erring on the conservative side.

Endgame begins with the Avengers splintered and in tatters. Twenty-two days after Thanos’s snap, Tony Stark and Nebula (Karen Gillan) are drifting off in space, while Steve Rogers, Thor, Natasha Romanoff a.k.a. Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Rhodey a.k.a. War Machine (Don Cheadle), and Rocket (Bradley Cooper) are on Earth without a plan or any clue where Thanos.
