Details like name, photo, postal address, email id, and a mobile number have to be entered. Entry of people whose profile is incomplete will not be accepted. Also, multiple entries from one profile will not be accepted.

The Ministry of Food Processing Industries has constituted a selection committee to scrutinize and finalize the names for the award. The selection committee's decision will be final and reserves the right to reject any entry without assigning any reason.
The winner will be notified via email. So far the government has received 876 entries under this task and these 876 entries are being reviewed. However, none of the entries have been approved yet.
