More than one lakh Ayushyaman Mitrab target
Under the scheme, more than one lakh life-long friends have been deployed in government and private hospitals. Lifetime friends are given a salary as well as other facilities. If you also want to join this government scheme, you can get benefits of up to 15 thousand rupees per month by becoming an Ayushman Mitra. The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Skill Development work together for the recruitment of Ayushman Mitra.
Eligibility For Ayushyaman Mitra
Applicant must have passed the 12th standard. Along with this should have computer and internet knowledge. Applicant should have completed the Ayushyaman Mitra training course and should have knowledge of the local language. The applicant's age should not be more than 32 years. Women candidates are given priority in their appointment.
Know what is the work of Ayushyaman Mitra
The main job of Ayushyaman Mitra is to deliver every benefit associated with the scheme to the beneficiary. They are posted in government scheme-affiliated hospitals. It is the responsibility of Ayushyaman Mitra to make an application and prepare his Ayushyaman card. They are selected on a contract basis of 12 months. It can be extended on completion of 12 months.
Salary and Incentives
Lifetime friends get 15 thousand rupees per month. Apart from this, every patient gets an incentive of 50 rupees. A Lifetime Friend is appointed in each district. The district-level agency is responsible for their appointment. Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship is responsible for training after selection.
