Xiaomi Mi Band 4 launches with advanced fitness features, Around Rs 1,700
To remind you, Xiaomi is hosting an event today in China at 2pm CST (11:30am) IST, where it will be unveiling the new Mi Band 4, alongside at least seven other products, six of which was going to be smart devices. The company will be hosting a live stream on its site.
he Mi Band 4 also comes with Xiaomi's own AI voice assistant support and with this the users will be able to control other Xiaomi smart devices including smartphones, air conditioner, Mi smart Led bulb, among other things.
With the Mi Band 4 the users will also be able to control music playback of their smartphones.
Similar to the Mi Band 3, the new Mi Band 4 also comes with heart rate sensor and several tracking features, but this time they are way more improved. The Mi Band 4 comes with several fitness features like step counting, sleep monitoring, among other things. Similar to the Mi Band 3 the Mi Band 4 is also capable of detecting several activities like running, jogging, cycling, among others.
The Mi Band 4 comes packed with an upgraded six-axis sensor which detects different swimming activities such as Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly stroke, and Medley.
The battery has even jumped in size from the Mi Band 3, from 110mAh to 135mAh. Xiaomi says this will lead to 20-day battery life, which is around the same that the previous two generations enjoyed - we'll be testing this out in our full review to see if the bigger battery means better performance.
